TAMVIC started the year 2023 with Tennis tournament held in the State of the Art facility at Hume Tennis Centre, Cragieburn. It was a biggest tennis tournament so far organised in our community which includes kids under 14 singles tournament. Alhamdulillah, total of 38 participants competed and gave their absolute best.
In the end, for a second year in a row, Br Shakeel and Br. Hidayath from ‘‘Team Crescent’ were victorious with a clean performance without dropping a set all the way till the championship. Crowd favourites Kassim nana and Br. Shafeeq from ‘Sarpetta Panthers’ just fell in the final hurdle finishing fighting second. In the kids under 14yo category, Master Rayan was victorious and Master Jibreel fought very well to finish second.
May Allah help us all with good health and fitness and play tennis together quite often thereby increase the bond between all the brothers in our community strength to strength.
